About Visihire

Most job search tools stop at the spreadsheet. They'll help you keep a list of where you've applied, but they won't help you get noticed. Visihire exists because applying is only half the job search. The other half is making sure a real person actually sees your name before it disappears into an applicant tracking system.

The idea is simple: every application you track should feed directly into the next step. Save a job, and Visihire checks your resume against it and flags the keywords you're missing. From there, you can keep track of the recruiters and hiring managers you've talked to, what you sent them, and who you still need to follow up with.

I built it around a straightforward belief: you shouldn't need five different tools glued together to run a job search that actually works. Tracking, resume feedback, and outreach belong in one place, informing each other, instead of three disconnected habits you have to keep up separately.

Visihire is early and still growing. If there's something that would make your search easier, I'd like to hear about it. See the Contact page.
